Connecting with the Italian coaches community at the EMCC Conference

Hey everyone! I'm thrilled to share my recent adventure attending the EMCC Italy conference from my home office in Bologna :), where my primary intention was to foster connections within the local community and gain insights into their shared interests. Having recently relocated to Italy for a two-year period, this event was an excellent opportunity to immerse myself in the local EMCC scene and broaden my understanding of its offerings not just globally or in Romania, but specifically within the Italian context.

Regrettably, face-to-face tickets were sold out by the time I decided to attend, prompting me to opt for online participation. Despite the virtual setting, my takeaways were shaped by this unique perspective from my home office :). While I missed the in-person connections, observing the event on-screen revealed a notable presence of individuals from the business sector, expanding the conference's focus beyond coaching professionals.
